He graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Marketing and minor in Managing Information Systems while focusing his attention on digital, print and broadcast media. As Founder and Executive Director of We The People Stage,

Quentin engages diverse communities for large brands and local artists by connecting community members, influencers and key stakeholders through dynamic virtual and traditional events.

His was one of the top four businesses to come out of the Google sponsored business accelerator City Startup Labs. With over 15 years of experience in the media and advertising industry, Quentin was named one of the top 40 Leaders Under 40 by Community Building Initiative. He managed the brands and events for four FM radio stations as Marketing Director of Radio One Philadelphia before dedicating himself full-time to WeThePeopleStage.com.

Quentin is a certified culturally inclusive dialogue facilitator with training from the Levine Museum of the New South. Purpose driven work has always been front and center in his career. He raised over $230,000 in partnership with Geraldo Rivera, Katherine McPhee and The Salvation Army of the Greater New York area by creating a radiothon to benefit those affected by Hurricane Sandy.

Quentin is a columnist for the Philly Ad News where he writes industry spotlights and editorials on diversity and inclusion. He’s performed as a spoken word artist with national recording artists like Talib Kweli, acclaimed poet Ursala Rucker, New York Times notable author Darnell L. Moore and on stages like Wawa Welcome America Independence Festival. Quentin is the voice of the #OurTurnToTourist regional commercial campaigns for the tourism board Visit Philly.
